You are precise and know that every plate counts.
The pace is sometimes fast and here you are able to maintain an overview and be solution-oriented.
We have 3 students in the kitchen and it is important to us that you naturally take the lead and are happy to learn from you.

Our à la carte menu is carefully composed based on seasonal ingredients and the surroundings around Mariager Fjord and Østerskoven in Hobro.
