With a creative approach, our kitchen is constantly moving towards new taste experiences. The menus are carefully composed and all
based on seasonal ingredients and with inspiration from the surrounding nature; Østerskoven and Mariager Fjord.
The food does not stand alone. The passion for wine is high and the wines in the wine cabinet are carefully selected and adapted to the seasonal menus.
