Restaurant Independent is Hotel Amerikas gastronomic heart.
Here, classic virtues meet a modern approach to taste and season. The Christmas menu is composed based on seasonal ingredients and the area around the hotel – the forest, the fjord and the agriculture of North Jutland.
The food is the focus, but the wines also play a role. Our wine cellar is carefully curated and matches the nuances of the menu. Everything is served in stylish and warm surroundings with views of the park and forest.
It's the food and atmosphere that make an impression – even for those who have tried a little bit of everything.

When the party comes to an end, a good night's sleep awaits in one of our 67 rooms and suites. All rooms are atmospherically and comfortably furnished - with consideration for both function and tranquility.
The next morning we offer a delicious breakfast spread so you can say goodbye over freshly brewed coffee and rolls.
